Please note that we do not generally accept pets at our Cottages unless by special arrangement.
Parties involving non residents are strictly forbidden.
Residents may enjoy themselves as they wish providing the Cottages are returned to us in the same condition as they were provided to the residents at the commencement of their stay.
For the benefit of our other guests and our neighbours we ask you not to socialise outdoors after 9:30 p.m..
